Prince Harry Interviews Barack Obama In New Kensington Palace Video

Britain's Prince Harry spoke with former President Obama in wide-ranging a BBC Radio 4 interview set to be released later this month.

Prince Harry has interviewed Barack Obama and this clip of the duo in the sound studio shows us exactly what their relationship is like.

After the announcement of his marriage to American actor Meghan Markle, Prince Harry continues to demonstrate that his ties to American celebrities are only beginning to expand.

Prince Harry has forged a strong bond with Mr Obama over the years, particularly through his work with servicemen and his royal trips to the US.

"No no, let's keep it this way", Harry says. "I'd much prefer that".

"If you start using long pauses between the answers, you're probably going to get the face", Harry joked.

Kensington Palace said Sunday the interview was recorded in Toronto in September during the Invictus Games, a sports event for injured military personnel.

The Prince and the former president have enjoyed a relaxed, public friendship for years after becoming acquainted during the first Invictus Games in 2014.

"I'll interview you if you want", Obama offered.

The interview will be broadcast on December 27 during Radio 4's Today programme and could be released as a podcast.

"The conversation with @BarackObama includes his memories of the day he left office and his hopes for his post-presidential life, including his plans to focus on cultivating the next generation of leadership through the @ObamaFoundation".
